Your
My Disney Experience account is the place where you can keep track of all your vacation plans, tickets, and reservations. With the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you'll have access to your vacation plans and so much more. You can find attraction wait times, maps, transportation directions, and even order food right from the palm of your hand.
If your wife has her own My Disney Experience account, then she is the manager of her own account. If you are connected through
Family & Friends, you'll still be able to add her to any reservations or plans you make, but only she will be able to manage things in her account such as her profile details, stored payment methods, and making changes to tickets that have been assigned to her. If you are not already connected through Family & Friends, the easiest way to do this is via the app. Have your wife log in to her account on her mobile device and use the menu button in the lower right corner to choose "My Profile" (scroll down below the tiles to find "My Profile") and then scroll down to "Show My Linking Code". On your device, go to "My Profile" and choose "Family & Friends List" at the top. Scroll to the bottom of your list and select "Add a Guest" and then "Scan their linking code". You'll be able to use your phone's camera to scan your wife's linking code. Once she accepts the invitation to connect, you should be all set.
If your wife does
not already have her own My Disney Experience account, you can create a profile for her in your account that you will manage. Again, go to "Add a Guest" and select "I'll enter their name and age". After entering her information, select "I'll manage all plans for this Guest." This is how my husband and I have our account set up. Since I am the Disney planner in the family, my husband does not have his own account, and I manage his profile in my account. When he wants to use the My Disney Experience mobile app to check wait times or place a
Mobile Food & Beverage Order, he just logs in to my account on his device.
