My Disney App on my android phone shows myself and my friend as having park reservations, however my friend only sees me on her Disney App on her IPhone as having a park reservation. HELP!

    Well hey there, Margaret Peggy!

Technology is both a blessing and a curse. Especially when you are talking about phone apps. Something always seems to get messed up!

Occasionally I have had it happen where if I look on my My Disney Experience Mobile App, I do not see my theme park tickets at all! Talk about giving yourself a heart attack!

So, what I recommend that you do is to log into your My Disney Experience Account on your actual computer, instead of through the app. This will usually give you the best information.

I have a feeling that once you log into your account on your computer, you will see both Disney Park Pass system reservations

If this does not work, and the dates are still showing as available on the Availability Calendar, I would perhaps cancel the reservation and try to make it again on your friend's account. If there are no reservations remaining for this day, reach out to Website Support at (407) 939-4357 and see if they can figure out the bug that is causing this issue.

Either way, I am sure you will get it worked out and have the most magical time. Please come back here if we can help in any way.

    Good luck!
