I have 2 Disney annual pixie passes in my name and I need one of them to be changed into some one else’s name how do I do that or can that person just use the second pass in my name as well ?

    Hello, Liana!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question about Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes. Being an Annual Passholder is a true gift, allowing Guests to visit the theme parks more frequently and take advantage of special benefits and offers. The only thing that makes being an Annual Passholder even more special is sharing it with the ones you love!

Oh, bother... It seems as though you've accidentally had two Annual Passes assigned to you. Liana, not to worry. We won't let this little black rain cloud interrupt your exciting theme park plans! Passes are nontransferable per the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions. However, I reached out to a friendly Cast Member who helped me to think, think, think through this predicament, and I'm happy to share a solution with you, Liana. In order to sort out your accidental linking issue, both you and the friend or family member who will be receiving the additional Annual Pass will need to head to a Guest Relations location - either a theme park ticket booth, the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or the Disney Springs Welcome Center. It's important that both parties (you and the Guest to whom the pass will be assigned) are there in person to complete the transaction. Be sure to take valid identification with you when you go to visit Guest Relations, Liana. Both you and the family member or friend who will be receiving the additional pass will need to show identification to complete the reassignment. Also, since both passes are exclusive to Florida Residents, you'll each need to verify your residency in person to confirm the transaction.

Once both you and your pal have your Disney Pixie Dust Passes assigned correctly, it's time to head to the theme parks! Did you know that Annual Passholders enjoy discounts at many dining and merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort? I recommend downloading a Disney MagicMobile pass to your digital wallet so you can easily provide proof of your Annual Passholder status to take advantage of these great offers! Annual Passholders also receive discounts on many special events like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. You and your Annual Passholder pal could have a frightfully fun fall ahead of you!

Liana, I hope you've found this information helpful. I'm wishing you many sweet-as-honey moments in the theme parks as an Annual Passholder! Feel free to revisit planDisney anytime with any additional questions you may have. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Ta-ta for now,

    Lauren
