It’s so good to see you here at planDisney, Linda!
Thanks for stopping by with your question!
Linda, I am THRILLED that the Park Hopper Option is coming back to
Walt Disney World Resort in January 2021! There’s nothing quite like starting your day taking a flight on the back of a mountain banshee on
Avatar Flight of Passage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and ending the evening shopping for Mickey-shaped treats at
Main Street Confectionery at Magic Kingdom Park!
I
contacted a Cast Member at Existing Tickets for you to be sure and was told that if you have standalone theme park tickets, you can modify the tickets from your
My Disney Experience. To do this, you will log in to your account and from the My Plans page, scroll down to My Plans, Reservations & Tickets, and select Tickets & Memory Maker. You will then choose the “Change Ticket” option.
If you see a “Nontransferable” note next to your ticket, that means it is a
Package reservation. If this is the case, you will have to call Walt Disney World Resort Reservations at 407-560-CHAT (2428) to modify.
Linda, with the Park Hopper experience, Guests will still need to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for the first Theme Park they plan on visiting; they must also enter that first Park before visiting another. Also, Guests will be able to begin park hopping to the second Park of their choice at 2 p.m. each day.
This Disney Parks Blog post has more detailed information, in case you need it.
I can’t wait for you to enjoy double the fun on your next magical vacation, Linda! If you have further questions as you’re planning, we’re all EARS!
