Will Disney allow us to bring in a cooler and if so what size? I have a soft, rolling cooler that I'd like to stock with bottled water and a few snacks for my kids. Food can be pretty expensive and we are trying to cut costs a bit. Thanks!!!!

    Hi Erica!

While I'm you can easily bring in a small carry soft-sided cooler into the parks, rolling coolers and large hard-sided coolers are not permitted with the parks. According to the guidelines found in the Disney FAQ pages, these are the restrictions on coolers:

"Suitcases, coolers or backpacks with or without wheels larger than 24" (61 cm) long x 15" (38 cm) wide x 18" (46 cm) high. (Coolers required for medication may be stored in a locker or at Guest Relations.)"

As long as you adhere to these size guidelines, you'll have no trouble bringing in drinks in snacks. We often carry in extra water bottles and snacks - especially in the hot summer months!

One option for storing your snacks and drinks is to rent a locker. While this does cost extra, it may be a great alternative to having to carry everything with you on rides!

Hope this helps! Have a great time!
