    I have a Discover Atlantis Tour at 11:15. The ship is ashore 9:30. Is there time to see Queens Staircase before tour pickup? Is pickup near the staircase?

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! When you arrive in your stateroom, you'll have a Port Adventure envelope with tickets for the Discover Atlantis Tour. The tickets will have your meeting time and location listed, and many times it will be in one of the lounges or theaters on the ship. The walk to the Queen's Staircase is about 20 minutes, so you'll need to factor in time to disembark the ship, walk to and from the steps from the pier and get back on the ship to meet your tour group. If you try to disembark at 9:30, you want to factor in a few extra minutes. Many tour groups meet on the ship before the vessel is cleared so they are ready to leave first. This can mean a longer disembarkation at the all ashore time. Getting back on the ship shouldn't take long, but you will have to pass through a security check. The Discover Atlantis Tour is scheduled for around two to four hours because Guests are able to decide when to depart Atlantis, so you may have time to visit the steps after you return since all aboard is usually later in the afternoon in Nassau. Whatever you decide to do, always add a few extras minutes to your travel time just in case!
