Hiya Paul and welcome to planDisney! In just a few weeks, you will be headed down to Walt Disney World! 3 chEARS to that! I am so excited for you and your family. You all will have the best time! Paul, unfortunately, there are not any first responder discounts, however, there are several
U.S. Military discounts that you could qualify for, depending on your veteran status. Depending on eligibility, you may be able to purchase tickets through your ITT/LTS office at your nearest military installation or purchase them through
Shades of Green. Once you purchase those tickets, you will receive paper stubs that say "exchange certificate". There is a number code and barcode on the back of these certificates that you can link to the guests traveling with you on your
My Disney Experience app. Make sure to keep those certificates though! Once you arrive to Walt Disney World, you can stop by any of the Guest Relations offices at the 4 theme parks (they are right outside the park entrances), or head on over to Disney Springs to their Guest Relations office. You will have to present your Military I.D. before the tickets are activated. Once that has been cleared, you may enter the parks with ease! Make sure to ask Guest Relations about the military discount for Memory Maker! It is a part of
Disney PhotoPass, which entitles you to all of the photos you take throughout your vacation! It is a deal that is definitely worth it!
Paul, I hope my answers have helped today! Feel free to ask me questions again at any time between now and your trip! I wish you and your family the most wonderful time at my happy place! Enjoy!
