Oogie Boogie Bash for many guests, so it's natural to be curious about what will take its place. I'm happy to share what has been announced so far!
As you mentioned, this year's Oogie Boogie Bash will introduce
Madame Leota's Swinging Wake, a brand-new street party inspired by the beloved Haunted Mansion attraction. According to
Disney, Madame Leota will host a spirited séance and swinging wake filled with happy haunts, ghostly dancing, and ghoulish delight. The experience will bring familiar Haunted Mansion-inspired sights and sounds to the streets of Disney California Adventure Park, inviting guests to join in the eerie festivities alongside 999 happy haunts.
While Disney has not yet released a full list of characters or entertainment details for the new offering, Oogie Boogie Bash will continue to feature
immersive treat trails throughout the park, many of which are known for their villain-inspired encounters.
Villains Grove is also returning, transforming the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail into a hauntingly beautiful realm filled with dramatic lighting, atmospheric effects, and enchanting scenes inspired by Disney Villains. It's one of my favorite ways to soak in the spooky atmosphere of the event.
As for Jack Skellington and Sally, Disney has not yet announced whether they will have a role in this year's Oogie Boogie Bash entertainment. However, guests visiting Disneyland Park during the Halloween season can often find Jack and Sally greeting visitors in New Orleans Square near the exit of Pirates of the Caribbean. If you're a fan of Halloween Town's most famous residents, that may be a stop worth adding to your plans.
