    disappointed??? just done online check in and on the special requests option was very limited. staying at all star movies and wanting to stay in toystory building but option was not there only love bug building or mighty ducks. what should i do, gutted!

    Hi, Nicola!  Are you booked for a preferred room?  The Toy Story building is a preferred building at the resort, so it may be that the option didn't come up because you are booked in a standard room.

    The only way you would be able to request a room in the Toy Story building is if you change your reservation to a preferred room.  I do love the Love Bug building, though!  I find it to be in a great spot to get to everything I need.
