Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for your family's service! While Walt Disney World Resort does not have free theme park tickets for disabled Veterans, they have military offers, including discounts for theme park tickets,
stays at Disney Resort hotels, and
Memory Maker. Veterans who are 100% disabled can purchase
Disney Military Salute tickets, which are 4, 5, or 6-day theme park tickets sold at a steep discount, and you will have the option to purchase them with Park Hopper, or Park Hopper Plus. The difference between these two is that Park Hopper Plus gives you an allotted amount of days to visit a Disney Water Park or other select experiences. For example, the 4-day Salute ticket gives you 4 extra days to do these experiences. Veterans who are not 100% disabled can purchase discounted
Magic Your Way tickets, which are theme park tickets at a slight discount, and you can choose between base tickets, base tickets with the Water & Sports Option, Park Hopper, or Park Hopper Plus. Both Salute and Magic Your Way tickets can be purchased through your nearest military base, or from
Shades of Green Resort.
For both ticket types, you will need to make
Theme Park Reservations in advance of your visit. Download the
My Disney Experience mobile app to your phone, upload the Disney Reservation # attached to your receipt, and once your tickets are linked, you can make Theme Park Reservations. For Salute tickets, you will need to activate them when you arrive by visiting Guest Relations at your first theme park, or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs with military ID. Magic Your Way tickets do not require this step, but if you are interested in Memory Maker, visit these two locations to purchase it at the military rate.
