Hi I have a disability card I need help registering it on your system

    Hey there, Deborah!

I'm absolutely delighted to welcome you to planDisney! It sounds like you're in the middle of planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth, and that's such an exciting time. From deciding on the perfect resort to figuring out which parks to visit and what experiences you don't want to miss, every step of the process is part of the fun. Dreaming up all the little details is almost like starting your vacation early, and I can't wait for you to start making those magical memories that will last a lifetime!

One of the many reasons my family keeps returning to Walt Disney World is the amazing care Disney puts into making every Guest's experience magical. Their commitment to inclusivity really shows through the thoughtful services they offer for Guests with disabilities

At Walt Disney World, the goal is to make sure every Guest can enjoy the magic in a way that works best for them. To support Guests with disabilities, they offer several services, including Disability Access Service (DAS). This program is designed for those with developmental disabilities who may have difficulty waiting in a traditional standby line. Instead of standing in the queue, DAS lets eligible Guests schedule return times for attractions, making the experience more comfortable.

To get started, Guests can connect with a Cast Member through a live video chat to talk about what services might be the most helpful for their visit, including DAS. You are welcome to have this conversation 60 days prior to your park visit.

I recommend checking out Disney's Accessibility Planning Guide & Recommendations before your trip. It's a super helpful resource that explains the different services and accommodations in the parks, making it easier to see what will work best for your needs.

Deborah, I hope this information is helpful! If you have any other questions or need more details, please don't hesitate to stop by planDisney again. We're always happy to make the planning process a little smoother and a lot more fun!

    Magic Awaits,
