Hi, Katherine! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing your question to us. My older daughter and I visited Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park this summer and I purposely took a picture of the transportation board as we were leaving just in case someone asked! I pulled up my picture just now and have made a plan for you.
The days you visit this water park, you will need to transfer buses at some point during your travels. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is accessible mainly via Disney's Animal Kingdom Park when utilizing the
complimentary Disney bus system. From your resort, simply hop aboard a bus marked
Animal Kingdom and disembark when you reach that park. The bus driver will be able to give you the bus stop you need to look for to transfer to a
Blizzard Beach bus.
Unfortunately, there is usually not a bus that travels directly to Magic Kingdom Park from Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. You will need to hop back on the
Animal Kingdom bus and transfer to the
Magic Kingdom bus. If there is a large number of Guests waiting for that bus, check the transportation board to see the current resorts and parks that can be reached from the water park. When we visited, Epcot and Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge were listed. You could travel to Epcot and then use the monorail to reach Magic Kingdom Park, or you could head to the Lodge and transfer to their
Magic Kingdom bus.
The Disney bus transportation routes do occasionally change, so be sure to check with Concierge at your resort during your stay for their current status. I hope this information helps you, Katherine. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
