I will be in dinsey world for some of the food and wine festival. what should i expect........(crowds in other parks, prices of food, activities for a teenager, etc.)?

Hello to a fellow Canadian Julie! You'll absolutely love the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival! We've been for the last three years and now I wouldn't miss it! This year, the festival runs from September 28 through November 11, 2012. There are booths set up all around World Showcase, offering up specialties from around the world. This includes beverages, desserts, and small plates of International delicacies. My favourite last year was the shrimp taco in Mexico, and my 11 year old loved France's escargots and the Belgium waffles! Prices vary depending on the item. I highly recommend getting the mini gift card wrist band, which eliminates the need to be pulling out your wallet.

There are activities for all interests and ages. Your teenager might enjoy some of the workshops, cooking demonstrations and live entertainment. Crowds vary depending on the day and date, and, when we were there, I certainly found Friday and Saturday to be busier. However, on Friday, we started before noon, and had virtually no waits!

Hope this helps Julie! Write back with any other questions!
