    If I am on the dinning plan and want to order a meal and not use my dinning credits, can I still pay with my magic band? Or will it automatically come out of my dinning credits?

    It's so nice to see you again.  We would like to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.   It's my pleasure to help you out today.

    I am so happy you have decided to add one of the Disney Dining Plans to your vacation package.   The Disney Dining Plans have always saved me money over paying out of pocket for my meals.   I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.   You can pay for a meal using your MagicBand without using your Disney Dining Plan credits.  Simply advice the Cast Member who is serving you that you will be paying out of pocket.   They will give you a check and you can scan your MagicBand and enter your four digit pin.   Please note that you must have a credit card linked to your My Disney Experience account in order to charge.    I love paying with my MagicBand, as it allows me to not have to carry a wallet into the parks.
