How the dinning plan @ Morimoto Asia from Disney Spring work? I don't see they have dessert in the lunch menu. Really want to know what we can order by using the 1 dinning credit for lunch there.

    Hello Ying!

Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped by with a question for us today.

I have yet to dine at Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs but it's on my wish list! The restaurant's extensive menu of sushi, noodles, and fantastic cocktails is definitely calling my name, so I understand why you'd like to plan ahead for your visit.

I reached out to the restaurant directly and confirmed that the Disney Dining Plan is accepted for lunch and dinner and the most up-to-date menu offerings will always be listed on their website (which may or may not be updated on the Disney Springs version of the page). Guests will use 1 Table-Service Meal for this experience which includes an entree, beverage, and a dessert. There are a few restrictions so let's chat about what I learned from the hostess.

The items listed under Sushi, Rice + Noodles, Meat + Poultry, and Vegetables should all be an included entree. The one exception is the Morimoto Peking Duck, which is a portion for 2. Ordering this would require 2 Table-Service Meals to be redeemed. If you are dining with another guest and plan to share this item just confirm with the staff that you'll be able to each use a Table-Service Meal toward it when ordering.

Small Plates + Soup, as well as the items listed under Dim Sum, are not included as entrees but guests can choose to add those to their meal for an additional purchase. Guests aged 21 and older may choose an alcoholic beverage priced under $22.

The hostess I spoke with confirmed that dessert is included with the Disney Dining Plan for lunch and dinner. Currently, Churro Donuts, Gelato, Japanese Souffle Cheesecake, Sorbet, and Yuzu Pie are the available offerings. Keep in mind that menu items are always subject to change so it's best to confirm availability and any dining plan restrictions when ordering to ensure you get the best use of your Table-Service Meal.

Ying, I hope this was helpful. If we can answer any additional questions or offer recommendations for other dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort, please come back and let us know. We're always glad to help!

    Bon Appétit,
    Amy
