Hello! I have dinner reservations in one of the restaurants of the Dolphin Hotel for Valentine´s day, and I know that they have a day care center there but my daughter is only 22 months old. Is it possible to leave her there with a babysitter?

Hello there, Katia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for stopping by and allowing us to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

The Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is an architectural wonder inspired by modern Florida design. The ambience it takes on in the evening is nothing short of romantic making it a wonderful location for the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner!

The primary child care service available at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is Camp Dolphin. This service is specifically designed to provide younger Guests with excitement and adventure through crafts, books, board and video games, and nightly themed activities. Camp Dolphin is for children ages four to twelve years so this is targeted at an audience slightly older than your daughter. Fortunately, there is another option for children younger than four years old.

Kid’s Nite Out, an independent childcare provider, offers in-room babysitting for children between the ages of six months to twelve years at select Disney Resort hotels. Your babysitter will provide one-on-one attention to your daughter through activities such as reading, playing games, and arts and crafts. Booking with Kid’s Nite Out would allow you to enjoy your Valentine’s Day dinner without worry about dropping off your child or finding arrangements outside of your Disney Resort hotel!

Let us know if we can help you with planning any other part of your vacation and I hope you have an absolutely magical date night!
