    I have dinner reservations at O'Hana for 6:40 p.m. on 11/16/14 and wondered what we will miss of Mickey's Christmas Party? Should we go to the restaurant and try to get seated earlier? It's booked the rest of our stay, we really want to go.

    Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party begins its festivities at 7:00 p.m. and continues its celebration until midnight on select night at Magic Kingdom park. While this years time schedule of parades and showtimes has yet to be announced for this event, last year The Celebrate the Season Show had multiple showtimes (7:45p.m., 10:05p.m. & 11:20p.m.), Mickey's Once Upon a Time Christmas Parade had two performances (8:15p.m. & 10:30p.m.), Holiday Wishes: Celebrate the Spirit of the Season exploded into the night sky at 9:30p.m. and A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas Show performed multiple times beginning at 7:45p.m. Along with these magical experiences, Guests were able to meet some of their favorite Disney Characters dressed in their favorite holiday attire throughout the evening, dine on complimentary hot cocoa and cookies until their belly's shook like a bowl full of jelly, and were able to ride some of their favorite attraction that stay open through this special event. Keep in mind the above showtimes are subject to change for this year but are a good reference. 

    If you are unable to change your advance dining reservation, at Ohana, for an early time or different day then I do recommend showing up early. It can't hurt to see if they can accommodate you earlier and you may be pleasantly surprised.  If you are unable to change it, let your server know you are heading to a practically perfect evening at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and would kindly appreciate an attentative service this evening. While you may miss out some earlier show times, most shows perform multiple times through the evening and there will still be plenty to see and do when you arrive, so don't fret if you keep your current reservation time.
