    Hi! We have dinner reservations for Liberty Tree Tavern on Christmas Day at MK. I have read the park fills to capacity. What time do you suggest we get there to ensure we get in the park?

    Hi, Melissa!  On Christmas Day, I would say the earlier you can get up and into the theme park, the better.  It is really difficult to predict at what time, if at all, the theme park may fill to capacity, but Christmas day is certainly going to be a busy day at the Magic Kingdom!  I know of Christmas days in the past where by 10:00 o'clock in the morning, you were lucky to get through the turnstiles!

    I know this can make for a long day, especially if you are traveling with young children, but you can try to plan breaks throughout the day.  Take a leisurely lunch break at one of the counter service locations and try to find a table in the back corner of a room, where you are a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the holidays at Walt Disney World.  Find a bench and just hang out there during nap time, bringing a book or a magazine for yourself.  Just build in times during the day where you aren't rushing from one attraction to the next.
