    Hi we have dinner reservations at Chef Mickeys at 7.15. How long should we allow to get there from Port Orleans and how long will it take to go back to MK. Also what time is the last bus from Down Town Disney to POR THANKS

    Hi Patricia,

    In theory, it should take you only about 20-25 minutes on the bus to get to Chef Mickey's from Port Orleans. You will need to board a bus to the Magic Kingdom and then either take the 10 minute walk or hop on the monorail one stop to the Contemporary. You will do the same thing to get home. However, I would be at the bus stop by 6:15 pm in order to make sure I make my reservation. You can always check in early.

    As for the bus from Downtown Disney to Port Orleans, the last one will run approximately one hour after closing. You can also take a boat to Downtown Disney.

    When I am at the Walt Disney World Resorts, I always check the time tables for the times the parks are closing so I have an idea when the last bus or boat will be leaving that day.
