Hiya, Cheri!
When my family visits
Walt Disney World, we routinely have the whole gang together. It never fails, even if I have a
reservation at the one restaurant everyone wanted to eat at, someone ends up not being able to make it. Someone has a sunburn or sore feet. A toddler - or a granddude - has a meltdown. You know how it goes.
Disney charges a
per person cancellation fee for reservations canceled after the designated cancellation window (usually end of the day before your reservation) or for guests who don't show for a dining reservation. The fee only applies in the event that no one shows up for the reservation. You're fine if you end up losing a person or two from your reservation.
I hope you get to enjoy some of the new and wonderful dining experiences, Cheri! My family has eaten at
Steakhouse 71 at Disney's Contemporary Resort several times since it opened, and we love the classic steakhouse vibe to the menu. And wow, what an experience
Space 220 Restaurant at EPCOT is!
Have an amazing time with your gang, Cheri!
