Gosh, that sounds so frustrating! You spend so much time and effort planning the perfect vacation only to have your plans disappear on you!
Tya, I do have some good news for you. Chances are that your reservations have not gone away, but are just not showing up for some reason. I recommend that you check both the Walt Disney World Resort website as well as the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to see if you have reservations in one of the two places. If the reservations are only showing up on the website, or in the app, then I think it is safe to say that you are the victim of a technical glitch and that your reservation is still safe and sound in your account.
Tya, if you do not see your reservation, I recommend that you go back into your e-mails to find that confirmation e-mail that you received when you originally made your reservation. This e-mail will contain your confirmation number, which you can then use to
re-link the reservation to your
My Disney Experience account.
