    Can we make a dinner reservation in Epcot (Le Cellier) if we don't have tickets to the park?

    You will need a park admission ticket to dine at any of the restaurants that are inside the parks, including Le Cellier at Epcot. If you don't want to use a park admission, there are a number of good steak restaurants at the WDW resorts including the Yachtsman's Steakhouse at the Yacht Club resort and Shula's at the Dolphin. These are both near, but not actually in, Epcot.
