HI, I have a dinner reservation at Chef de France october 5th 2010 at 5:50 pm. We want to see chef Remy (the rat) but I'm not sure if we will have the chance to see him. Any cue or idea about my chance to see him. My aunt went there and miss it last week!

Hi Annie! I also have reservations at Les Chefs de France in October in hopes of seeing Remy!

You may want to change your reservation to an earlier time to increase your chance of a Remy sighting. Although an appearance by Remy is not guaranteed and we don't know for sure how long he will continue to appear at Chefs de France, he has been making the rounds of the restaurant Monday through Saturday at approximately 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 and 5:20 p.m. Unlike a character meal, in which every table receives a visit, Remy travels through Chefs de France once during his appearance times. Since his last appearance is generally at 5:20 p.m., I fear that your 5:50 reservation will be too late for your table to receive a visit from Remy.  Your best chance of seeing him is to be seated in the restaurant before one of his appearances. Perhaps you could move your dinner reservation to 5 p.m.?
