We have 3:30 dinner res. @ Mama Melrose w/ Fantasmic pkg. the 1st wk. of Dec. I was told we would have tix for the early show-6:30. Now I see on the cal. there is only a 7pm show. Will it be more crowded? Is it even worth going w/ 4 + 1 year old? Thanks!

    Hi Molly,

I love the Fantasmic Show and it is one of my husband's favorite attractions. Even if there is only one show, it is worth it. The stadium itself holds a lot of guests and both shows would have been crowded. However, this is one of the slowest times of the year at the Walt Disney World Resorts.

With dinner and a show package, you will be given a ticket to enter the show about 30 minutes prior to it starting. This entrance located at the front of Disney's Hollywood Studios, and you will be seated in one section of the theater. During the preshow there will be music but bring a snack and activities for your little ones.

The theme of the show is good battling evil. There is a section of the show which highlights the villians which could be scary to a little one. In addition, there are fireworks and lasers in the show. My youngest had no problem with the show when she was four.

I hope this helps with your decision and enjoy the magic of the holidays in Disney!
