    I have the Dinner Plan. Will the tip be included in my bill, or do I have to figure it out myself?

    Hello Diane!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am thrilled to hear you have added one of the amazing Disney Dining Plans to your Walt Disney World vacation.   I love the Disney Dining Plans and have saved money over paying out of pocket for meals each time I have used it.  I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.  

    Tips are generally not included at sit-down meals on the Disney Dining Plan, there are a few exceptions.  Dinner Shows and Cinderella's Royal Table meals will have the gratuity included.  I will often buy Disney Gift Cards while I am grocery shopping and save them up to pay for the gratuities during sit-down meals while on the dining plan.  I call it my 'vacation savings plan'.   It really adds up when you buy one twice a month.     You can pay gratuities with cash, credit card, Disney Gift Card or by charging to your Resort room account with your MagicBand.
