Greetings, Nancy!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that you found your way here with your question. I agree that a wonderful way to end a day at Disney California Adventure would be to enjoy a meal at one of the Park's many restaurants. Two of my favorites are
Carthay Circle Restaurant and the
Lamplight Lounge, where you can dine in elegance with Art Deco decorations or have a cocktail next to a bustling waterfront pier, respectively.
I've attended
Oogie Boogie Bash previously and I also spoke to a Cast Member server about your inquiry. The Park does close to the general public at 6 p.m. to make room for Oogie Boogie Bash, but there is a mix-in time from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. where Event attendees are allowed to enter the Park early.
The Cast Member I spoke to reported that restaurants throughout the Park will still allow you to finish your meal but will likely close service to guests without wristbands at 6 p.m. Cast Members will be coming through and asking guests without wristbands to head towards the Park entrance and will only allow access to deeper sections of the Park to those with wristbands.
If you purchased a Park Hopper ticket, you can simply cross the Esplanade and continue the day's fun at Disneyland Park! Both Parks will be decorated for the
Halloween Season and there are plenty of chances to get into the Trick or Treating mood!
Nancy, I hope you have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth! Halloween is my favorite season to visit and I know you're going to love it! Feel free to reach out to us again if you have any other questions. Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
