    When dining at a table service meal, can a ten year old order off the childrens menu or does he have to order from the adult menu? Most menus I have looked at do not have the type of food he would want to eat on the adult menus. Thanks!

    We were at WDW last week on family vacation. We were not on any of the dining plans. My 11-year-old daughter ate some meals from the children's menus and some from the adult menus, depending on what she was in the mood for. Actually, my 60-something mother ordered one meal from the children's menu because she wasn't very hungry. If you are paying for your meals, then the server will just charge you for what you order; they're not going to be too concerned with how old the guest is.

    If you are on a dining plan, a 10-year-old is considered an adult. He could order a children's meal, but you would still have one of his adult meal credits deducted from your account.
