Are Dining reservations 60 days from the start of your vacation? Or do I gotta reserve 60 days in advance of each day of trip?

    Hi there Thomas,

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for your question today, we love helping fellow guests plan all the magical details. Looks like you've got a Disney World visit coming up son... woo hoo! Let's talk about making your advance dining reservations, so you can book your favorite restaurants.

You are correct, the Walt Disney World restaurant reservation window opens 60 days before your arrival date, starting at 6:00 a.m. If you'll be staying at a Disney Resort, when your eligibility date opens up you will be allowed to book dining reservations for the entire length of your stay (up to 10 days). This is one of the nice benefits of staying at onsite at a Disney Resort Collection hotel. If you are an offsite guest, you can make reservations 60 days in advance daily, each morning when the new reservation booking window becomes available.

You should see pretty good availability for most dining locations when booking a few weeks in advance. If you have certain restaurants or experiences in mind, you can get a sense of how popular they are now, by searching for availability for dates that are currently open. I like your vigilant style of planning, Thomas! And for unique and exciting places like Space 220, it's worth searching for a reservation as soon as possible. That is one of my son's favorite places in EPCOT, and they do fill up fast! The food is delicious, and it's so immersive that dining here is almost like an attraction in itself.

I hope this helps answer your question. Please visit us again at planDisney if we can assist with any additional tips or even dining recommendations.

    See ya' real soon!
    Tami
