To make dining reservations 90 +10 days out I know you need to have your trip already booked. But does it need to be paid in full or is just paying the deposit good enough? Thanks!

All you need to take advantage of the 90 + 10 rule (soon to be the 180 + 10 rule) is your resort confirmation number. If you have this, regardless of whether you have paid in full, you can go ahead and make dining reservations for your entire trip (up to 10 days) 90 days out from the first day of your trip.

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World.
