I have a dining reservations for 2 for basically the entire stay vising Walt Disney World. Recently my spouse has been diagnosed with Celiacs and we are being told to avoid gluten. Is there a way to edit the dining reservations but not risk losing them?

    Hello Madeline,

I have a couple of friends who live with Celiac disease and understand your concern in making sure the appropriate food is available in order to maintain a healthy and gluten-free diet. Walt Disney World goes out of there way to accommodate Guests with Special Dietary Requests and I should know, since my son has a peanut allergy and has made our dining experiences very stress free when visiting. I highly recommend calling (407) WDW-DINE and speaking to a Cast Member. He or she can add this information onto your advance dining reservations. In most cases, your server will confirm the allergy or special dietary request and on most occasions a chef will come out to speak with you, so as to make sure everyone is in the know.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
