If we have dining reservations for Akershus at Epcot Center. In order to go to dinner inside a park, does one also have to entry into that park for that day?

Yes. You do need to use a park admission ticket to dine at any of the restaurants that are located within the parks. This means you will need to use a park pass to get into Epcot to get to the meal at the Akershus.

    Good luck with your planning.
