Hello Hope!
Welcome to planDisney! Eating and snacking my way around Disney is one of the best parts of vacation. This a great question, and one I think many Guests have. The answer is that it depends! You can do this at some locations and can be a great way to save money, and a little room in your tummy for snacks later on!
If you are dining at a location that does family-style dining, all-you-care-to-enjoy locations, or a prix fixe menu such as the
Biergarten Restaurant or the character breakfast at
Topolino’s Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera, each Guest will be expected to purchase their own entree. Guests ages 10 and older would be charged the adult price and Guests ages 3 to 9 would be charged the child’s price.
At dining locations where you order a la carte off a menu, Guests are usually allowed to share appetizers and entrees and children may order off the adult menu. While this is not a guarantee, in my experience I have always been able to do this. As a family of 6, we may share several appetizers, entrees, and desserts because so many items on the menu look amazing, but I cannot personally eat them all by myself! So order, share and enjoy!
Bon Appetit!
