The dining reservation system was only allowing up to 8 guest on my reservation but needed 15. My family member and I each made 2 reservations for the same time so we could get all of 15 of us a reservation. How can we combine both reservations to one?

    Hi Kristi,

It sounds like you're planning an incredible Walt Disney World Resort with lots of special Mouseketeers! You and your crew are going to have a BLAST and make memories to cherish for years to come!

Making dining reservations for large parties is a bit trickier during the phased reopening, but I'm happy to share that you did exactly what we'd recommend! By making two separate reservations at the same time, you know that your entire party will be able to enjoy a scrumptious dinner. While there's currently no way to combine your two reservations, you'll simply want to let the Cast Member know when you arrive that you're traveling together and would like to be seated together or at least near each other. While I can't guarantee that they'll be able to accommodate your request, and it may take some additional time for them to be able to find tables together, I've always found that Cast Members try their best to make everything perfect for every Guest.

Thanks so much for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Kristi, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're thinking through the details of your visit. I hope you and your entire family have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation together!
