    Hello! I have a 8:00 am dining reservation on 2/22/20 at Ohana. Will the Princess 10K affect my ability to arrive at the Polynesian from the Yacht & Beach Club? I'm afraid the traffic will make it impossible.

    February is a great time to visit, as it brings beautifully mild weather! It also brings 25,000 princesses, who lace up their sneakers for the annual Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. Although the racegoers don't have much impact on attraction wait times, the race itself can cause some havoc on transportation due to early morning road closures. The Disney Princess 10K starts and ends in Epcot, and all the roads should be open to regular traffic by 7:30 AM. I took a look at the race maps, and it appears that one small section of World Drive has a modified traffic pattern until 7:15 AM, which could add some extra time to your bus ride to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, so I recommend factoring that into your schedule. The front desk staff at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts will be able to give you advice on how to best make it to Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast in time... you don't want to keep Experiment 626 waiting!
