Is there dining with a real meal out making reservations?

    Hi Loretta,

Yes there can be a real meal without making a reservation but it can be difficult to find. I know I would not want to be looking for one when I am hungry.

With the popularity of the Disney Dining Plan, many guests are taking advantage of making Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) to experience the wonderful restaurants. Also, the parks, except Epcot, have limited table service options. I like having the ADRs so that I can take a break and enjoy family time to think about the fun we had during the day.

I think you can still have a little flexibility. If you are touring off season, are a smaller dining party and if you head to the resorts, you should be able to find a table but you may need to wait.

You could also eat during the transition periods at a restaurant when the changeover between meals is occurring.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
