Hi! We have a dining plan so why do I have to give a credit card to make a reservation and are we being charged ?

Hi, Mary!  When you make a dining reservation, everyone is required to provide a credit card to guarantee your reservation.  Your card is not being charged at the time you make your reservation.  If for some reason you will not be able to make your dining reservation time, you have to give 24 hours notice.  Your credit card will be charged a fee if you don't show up and don't cancel your reservation.

There are some dining experiences that require pre-payment in full.  For those reservations, book through the dining reservation number instead of doing the online booking.  They can book it for you without charging you.  The phone number to do that is 407-939-3463.

I hope you get to enjoy some really wonderful meals during your vacation!  Have fun!
