I see on the Dining Plan that you get a snack each day. Are there healthy snack options?

The Disney Dining Plan is great and always saves us so much money when we visit. The Basic DDP offers one Table Service, one Quick Service and one Snack per day, per person in your party.

There are plenty of healthy snack options. There are fruit carts thorughout all of the parks and you can even get a fresh pineapple wedge at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom. The bagged snack mixes, branded as Chip and Dale, offer trail mix which is filled with nuts and seeds. This is a great item to buy and carry around with you in the parks to nosh on in between meals.

Many of the resorts also offer many healthy snack options, including carrots with ranch dip, yogurt and skim milk. You can also use your snack credits to buy bottled water.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
