We have the dining plan for 6 + an infant. I wonder if I need to make reservations for all my TS meals before I arrive? I have already made 4 character meal reservations, should I try to guess where we will be when and make the remaining reservations?

    Hi Vicki,

The answer to this depends a bit on the time of year you're visiting and your own personal flexibility. Disney does not hold any tables aside for walk-ups. So if you're traveling at a busy time of year, it is very possible that a restaurant you're interested in will be fully booked in advance and you will not be able to dine there.

So if there's any place that you MUST eat (like character meals, signature restaurants, etc.) then you should absolutely make a reservation. You've done a great job getting your character meals set up in advance.

If you don't really care where you eat, or you're OK with eating early or late, may be possible to "wing it" and just eat wherever you happen to be. However, I will warn you that during the summer and holiday breaks you will find that walk up availability is limited in the parks.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
