    can I use the dining plan on the illimuniations dinner and dessert grand gathering event?

    Hi Jennifer! You sure can! The International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception at Epcot costs two table-service credits on the Disney Dining Plan. (Gratuities are included.)
