    On dining plan, eating at port orleans, Poly, T-Rex, Raglan Rd, and a number of others in the parks. Plan to get a gift card for tips, different one for souveniers to help budget. Do any table service or dtd shops not accept gift cards?

    Thanks for stopping by with another question. Great dining options from the few places you mentioned! I love using Disney Gift Cards when we visit Walt Disney World Resort. During our family's most recent visit, Disney Gift Cards were basically the only form of payment we used.

    According to the official DisneyGiftCard.com website, "The Disney Gift Card can be used to purchase Theme Park admission tickets and annual passes. It may also be used at Disney owned and operated merchandise, dining and recreation locations where credit cards are currently accepted. Some carts, and other outdoor Merchandise vendors may not be able to accept the gift card." If you are curious if a particular store or dining location accepts the Disney Gift Card as payment, you can easily ask a Cast Member at the site.

    Also, I wanted to let you know that any gift cards purchased at Disney Store locations in Canada can only be used in Canada. However, you can visit DisneyGiftCard.com to purchase a gift card that can be used at Walt Disney World Resort. The purchase will be made through DisneyStore.com, which offers shipping to Canada.
