We would like to use dining plan for CRT, but I read credit card is required and payment in full at time of ADR. Is there a way to apply dining plan to ADR?

You are describing a very common situation.

All guests are required to use a credit card to prepay for reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table. This prevents guest from no-showing at this very popular meal. However, once you're actually at the Royal Table, you are welcome to pay with any other method you prefer. Simply tell your server that you'd like to use your Disney Dining Plan credits to pay for your meal and your credit card refund will be put through right away.

Was in a similar situation a few months ago. My family dined at Cinderella's Royal Table. We prepaid with a credit card, but wanted to use a Disney gift card to actually pay for the meal. Our server was very helpful and immediately refunded our credit card and deducted the cost of the meal from our gift card instead.

Changing the payment method will be no problem once you get to the restaurant.

Enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World!
