When dining, does each person in my party have their Magic Band scanned for meal credits or just one person? We have 2 adults and 1 child in our party.

    Hi Kendra!

I'm so excited you have purchased the Disney Dining plan for your upcoming Walt Disney World getaway. It's a great way to save about 15% off the cost of food while you are on vacation.   I hope you get to enjoy some of my favorite Disney Dining locations including, Tusker House and Be Our Guest Restaurant.   Just thinking about all the delicious options is making my tummy all grumbly.

Kendra, just one person needs to tap a MagicBand to pay for meals using Disney Dining Plan Credits.   Often at Quick Service locations my husband and children will find a place to sit while I order food for our whole family.  The process is really simple and fun to use.   If you have attached a credit card to your MagicBand you can even pay for gratuities at Table Service restaurants with a simple tap.  How awesome is that?  I love being able to visit the theme parks without having to carry my entire purse.

If you have any other questions before you depart on your magical adventure, please let us know.  All the Disney Parks Moms Panelists love to help out whenever we can.

    Happy Disney Dining,

    ~Jen
