There are so many dining choices at Epcot! We would like to be able to sample plates from different places. Can you get "take out" or food "to go" from the counter services at Epcot? Are there places to sit down and eat outside of the d

    Angela,

Don't you just love problems like these? Too much good food, so little time!

First solution is to try the food stands and walk up counters. Some are a bit disappointing, but many are gems. On the downside there is Canada (very little to offer), and Mexico (good Tex-Mex, but not the authentic Mexican you get at the San Angel Inn). On the upside you have the counter service and stands in Norway(lefse), Germany(bratwurst), France (crepes), and Morocco (everything!).

As for a second solution, there really isn't one. These restaurants are not particularly geared for "to go" dining though I am sure they would accommodate you if needed.

What I recommend is that you try a meal of snacking at stands, what I call "Snackapalooza!". If any of the nibbles that you had along the way really wowed you, then consider making a reservation for another night at the table service restaurant of that particular nation.

If I can help with a specific recommendation of a restaurant or two, just send me a question directly from my bio page with more information on what you like.

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
