Dined at Liberty tree tavern this past week and had the most wonderful roasted veggies. I asked the waitress what was in them. She said rutabaga, parsnip and carrots. Is there anyway to get that recipe????? THEY WERE SOOOOO GOOD!!!!

    Hi Mary!

I can totally relate to looking for a recipe to recreate the magic of Disney at home. I have so many Disney cookbooks they take up an entire shelf on my huge bookshelf!

My favorites are Cooking with Mickey and The Disney Bakery.

There are also many websites with recipes from Disney restaurants throughout the parks and resorts. I checked out a bunch of them and my favorites are the Disney Food Blog and Magical Recipes and those I find on Pinterest. However, I looked everywhere and couldn't find the specific recipe you are looking for. You may want to try posting on on of the many Disney Discussion Forum Boards to see if anyone else has the recipe or has tried to recreate the recipe at home.

I love Liberty Tree Tavern and their food is Delilah! I'm sure you will be able to recreate the magic in your own kitchen.

    Magically,
    Stacy
