Is the "dine with an Imagineer" appropriate for kids? We have an 8 yo boy and a 4 yo boy. Our 8yo wants to be a Disney Imagineer when he grows up and I thought this could be a fun thing for him - an inspiration of sorts. Thoughts???

    Dear Penelope,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about the Dine with an Imagineer luncheon!

I also have a child who is interested in becoming an Imagineer and I am so excited for my kids to be old enough to take part in this experience. Unfortunately at this time, the age restriction for this event is 14 and older, so your little ones will not quite be old enough. They can think of it as something to look forward to in the future, though!

One tip that I have for you is that at Disney's Art of Animation Resort there are sometimes animation drawing classes in a small room near the lobby. My friend Tricia A. answered another guest on this very question recently as well!

    Have a magical vacation!
