Greetings Space Ranger and welcome to planDisney.
We are so happy to see you here visiting us today, Rebecca. I would like to begin with a “THANK YOU” from my military family to yours. The
military offer is truly incredible. My family loves using it every year at both,
Walt Disney World Resort and
Disneyland Resort.
It sounds like you are trying to link the exchange certificate, or plastic ticket card to your
My Disney Experience account. I’ll be more than happy to help walk you
through this process. You will want to go ahead and use the series of numbers, listed on the back of the card, to link your tickets. You can do this using the
My Disney Experience mobile app or on the
desktop version. I find that if I am having difficulties with one, I usually switch over to the other and have no problem linking them. I also recommend trying to link them by typing in the series of numbers, or by taking a photo of the barcode. Another troubleshooting trick I recommend is logging out and back in, to your My Disney Experience account. If you are still having difficulties linking your tickets, I recommend giving the
Website Support line a call. A Cast Member there will be able to help get your tickets linked.
Once your tickets are linked, you will want to go ahead and
schedule your Theme Park Reservations. Be sure to bring your exchange certificates and military ID with you to Guest Relations, on the day of your first visit. That’s where you will verify your eligibility and receive your
admission cards.
I can’t wait for you to enjoy all the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. Have a
Magical visit!
