What are the different age groups? I will be traveling with an 8 year old and two 12 year olds. Will they be allowed to stay together in the kid areas?

    Ahoy, Monica!
The Disney Imagineers outdid themselves when they created the elaborately themed youth spaces onboard the Disney ships. In my opinion, these areas are the absolute best at sea! The trained youth counselors are there to keep your children safe and having fun while you relax and unwind in the adult-only venues! Isn't it wonderful that everyone gets to enjoy the magic of Disney while on a Disney Cruise vacation? You'll be happy to know the Oceaneer Club and Lab is designed for sailors from the ages of 3 to 12. The Oceaneer Club is geared for the younger sailors while the Oceaneer Lab is probably where your crew will spend the most time. Activities will be listed in the daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator and on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app (free for download on Apple or Android devices). Even though we enjoy having the app at our fingertips, my kiddos still like to bring along highlighters to mark the activities they don't want to miss in the paper newsletter. Sometimes it's hard to choose what to do with the abundant options for every age!
Thank you for cruising by with your question, Monica! If you need additional help, please let us know!
    Have a magical day!
