What is the difference between regular rooms and preferred rooms? Specifically at the All-Star Music resort

    Hi Julie!

I absolutely love the All Star Resorts at Walt Disney World. When my son was little, this was the only resort he wanted to stay at! At Disney's All Star Music Resort the only difference between a standard and a preferred room is the location. The preferred rooms are closer to the lobby and food court. There are also some preferred rooms that are closer to the pool.

When we stay at All Star Resorts we typically book a preferred room because it can save a lot of time going back and forth to the Disney transportation and food court. You can also consider booking a family suite, which will offer you a little more room, as it has a kitchenette, living room and separate bedroom.

While you are at All Star Movies, don't miss the spectacular pool, arcade and movies under the stars.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
