What is the difference between Disney Springs and the old Downtown Disney ? Have they just added more restaurants and stores?

    Hi Milagros!

Disney Springs is the newly transformed Downtown Disney. You will not only find new shops and restaurants, but there is a new feel that helps guests feel at home with shopping, eating and playing.

There is a great blog post on the Disney Parks Blog that outlines the multi-year transformation of Disney Springs. Some of the changes include going from 75 to 150 total shops/dining experiences!

You can also check out the Disney Springs website for more information on the shops and dining available. When you are there, definitely check out the World of Disney, which is the largest Disney store throughout the entire Walt Disney World. You will also love Disney's Days of Christmas and Goofy's Candy Company.

We love to visit Disney Springs on the days that we are hanging out at the pool and looking for something casual and fun to do.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
