what is the difference between the deluxe dining plan and the premium dining plan? they seem to be exactly the same. And if they include 3 table service meals, does that mean we cannot use them for quick service meals?

Hi, Ashley! The differences in the Deluxe and Premium Dining Plans don't really have anything to do with the food at all.  The Premium Plan adds several more recreation options.  You can explore the specific differences on the PDF files available here.  There is only one exchange that can be made on any of the Disney Dining Plans, and you have already named it.  The only 'trading" that is allowed is that Guests may redeem one Table-service entitlement for one Quick-service meal.  Entitlements don't covert any other way.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
